What does a Reflexology treatment involve?
You will be given a full consultation by the Reflexologist in order to determine your present and past health and lifestyle. The Reflexologist will then use their hands to apply pressure to the feet. Using specific reflex points on the feet and by working on these points the objective is to positively affect the corresponding organ or system of the body. A session usually last for about an hour and a course of treatments may be beneficial.
